Your right to cancel (change of mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. To cancel, please contact us first at the email below.
- For orders under £50: if you change your mind, we will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item.
- For orders of ÂŁ50 or more:Â you are entitled to return the item to the address provided below. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item, or proof that it has been sent, we will issue your refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. In these cases:
- You are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement
- You do not need to return the item — we will resolve it without requiring a return
- We may ask for photos or a short video to help us assess the issue
